Refund Policy

You can manage or cancel Mentra Pro from Settings > Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms say otherwise.

Lemon Squeezy processes subscription payments and may provide the customer billing portal used for cancellation.

If a charge is incorrect or the paid service was materially unavailable, contact Mentra support with the account email and transaction details. Requests are reviewed individually under applicable consumer law and the payment provider's terms.

Usage already consumed, partial billing periods, or a forgotten cancellation do not automatically guarantee a refund. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under local law.
