Email support@mentra.study with your account email, a short description of the issue, and screenshots if useful.
Support will reply from an official Mentra address and will never ask for your password or API keys.
For AI issues, include the mode you used, whether a file was attached, and what you expected to happen.
For account or deletion requests, include the email used for the Mentra account. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive documents in plain text unless support specifically needs them.
Report suspected data exposure, cross-user access, payment impersonation, or security issues through the support email with 'Security' in the subject.
For urgent account access issues, sign out of all sessions from Settings if you still have access.
